in just a few days ive learned most of my favorite foods are The Problem

a short list:

chocolate
naked juices
rice
cheese
booze
pasta
bread
apple juice
orange juice
beer
bananas

fine, i knew beer was probably not good for me.

or cheese.

but still. theyre both natural. and i was raised to believe natural things

LIKE FRUIT

is supposed to be oh so good for me. turns out theyre loaded with calories and addictive sugars that make you want omg more sugars.

if i was a poet id say i hate my life but ive already lost a few pounds, i feel great, and my poops just pop right out wearing tuxedos and top hats.

a sentence i did not write in todays installment of my dietary journey. today i wrote about joining a damn gym.

what did i also leave out? the fact that when a very close friend of mines was considering breaking up with her man i said, i know you want me to join a gym so if you break up i will join up. she broke up, i didnt join up,

and now theyre back together.
